Development Process

AlvaForm by Alvanon is a fully-customized mannequin. It is built according to the shape, posture and measurement specifications of your target market. All development work is designed to your specifications in order to provide you with the flexibility to meet your requirements, timeline and budget.

Our interactive development process begins from the acquisition of your body information and ends with your final approval for the mass production of your AlvaForms.

Step 1: Acquire Body Information
We can acquire body information by 1) Scanning of your fit model, 2) Using your body specifications and target demographic information, or 3) Using the analyzed body information gathered from our AlvaSpec Global Database.

Step 2: Development of the Virtual Body
Using the body information, our team of 3D modelers will create a 3D virtual body using our proprietary technologies. 'Blue Lines' or measurement lines will then be applied to the 3D body at the required points of measure. Our modelers will then alter the measurements to meet the specifications provided while keeping the important shapes, posture and angles consistent.

Step 3: Delivery of AlvaForm Screenshot
The result of the virtual body development is an AlvaForm Screenshot. This screenshot includes all of the specifications that you require to evaluate the measurement, shape and posture of the AlvaForm. During this stage, we will schedule a live meeting between our teams so that immediate alterations can be made to the AlvaForm. This meeting can be in-person or held via a web-conference.

Step 4: Reference AlvaForm Production
Following your approval of the AlvaForm Screenshot, we will send the Virtual Body to the AlvaChina manufacturing facility to produce a reference AlvaForm. The reference AlvaForm is produced to the specification of the approved Virtual Body and we guarantee a maximum tolerance of 1/4 inch (0.6cm) on every measurement. AlvaChina is fully owned and run by Alvanon to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final product. We will ship the completed Reference AlvaForm to you for evaluation via our expedited AlvaShip service.

Step 5: Approval for Mass AlvaForm Production
Alvanon ensures that all mass production AlvaForms are created to your final approved specifications. After evaluation of the Reference AlvaForm, we will schedule another live meeting with your team to make final alterations as necessary. We will create a final set of screenshots for your approval prior to the mass production of AlvaForms.
