AlvaBlock aims to assist you in the re-definition and creation of the basic blocks of your customized AlvaForm.

The AlvaForm can create a body standard for garment fit however, the AlvaForm cannot fully address the issue of the basic pattern blocks that your pattern makers use as the template to create new garments. AlvaForms are created unique to the shape, posture and measurements of your target market, and therefore require a new set of basic blocks to complement this new body.

We employ professional and experienced pattern makers coupled with proprietary processes to customize basic blocks for your specific AlvaForm. The final output consists of physical basic blocks and digital CAD files that are compatible with the most commonly used systems such as Gerber and Lectra. The AlvaBlock service can also provide the nested grades for each block.

AlvaBlocks are ordered online through our secure Website and only authorized vendors may purchase your AlvaBlocks. After-sale reports help ensure that all vendors are using the AlvaBlocks as a base template to create their specific garments.
