AlvaProducts Secures Exclisive Rights to Intellifit's Body Scan Database to Assist Apparel Industry in Creating Better Fitting Clothing For Consumers

NEW YORK, NY (May 22, 2006), AlvaProducts, the global leader in technology solutions for apparel product development, sourcing and quality, today announced it has an exclusive license to access Intellifit's database of over 120,000 body scans and measurements for the purpose of fit consulting. This expansion will allow AlvaProducts to offer more complete, in-depth research and analysis for its recently announced global consulting division, which provides comprehensive size and fit consulting solutions to top brands and manufacturers in the apparel industry.

Intellifit's database of measurement and demographic data has detailed body measurement data from over 120,000 consumers, including men, women and children from the U.S., Japan, the UK and most recently Italy. The addition of Intellifit?s extensive database will allow AlvaProducts to offer clients a more comprehensive understanding of the shapes and sizes of their target market.
